Refund and Returns Policy

At Kellpar, we want you to love what you buy!
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Certain items such as sale products, accessories, or custom-made garments may not be eligible for returns.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@kellpar.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and share the return instructions.

  4. Once approved, please ship the product to the provided return address.


3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged or defective product

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Accessories (such as jewelry, masks, etc.)


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery as per our policy.
