  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery within India: Usually takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote Areas: May take 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the minimum purchase value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small COD handling charge.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order status directly through our courier partner’s website using this tracking number.


5. Order Delays

  • Although we strive for timely delivery, certain delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

  • In such cases, our team will notify you promptly and keep you updated on your order status.


6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • Kellpar Fashion will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, we may reship it at an additional shipping cost.


7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • We only deliver orders within India.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@kellpar.com.

  • We will investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
